His new work includes coaching business owners, personality assessments for professional and personal development, and executive search. Ira is the author of 3 plays about life in family business, presented as “edu-tainment” at conferences worldwide. His third play, A Tough Nut to Crack, is based on his years in his family's 4th generation childrenswear business. For 7 years, Ira was the host of the Western Mass Business Show on WHMP, having interviewed over 350 entrepreneurs. He has created a training experience that blends strategic questioning and role playing to assist people to find new solutions, not to mention, discover new problems.
