Oversee the creation of compelling video content for MDM’s FAST, digital, social,and podcast channels. Responsible for the strategy and execution of video production as well as the maintenance of a dynamic production schedule.In conjunction with the Head of Creative, build and deliver a digital video strategy that pushes forgreater brand awareness. Plan, develop, and execute content creation across video, social, and podcast platforms. Lead digital video production and manage processes from pre- through post-production. Handle direction, scripting, shooting, and editing of digital videos. Manage timelines and budget, scriptdevelopment, feedback rounds, and final delivery. Contribute to creative brainstorms. Work with the Production Coordinator to book guests and creative contractors for digital video properties. Work cross-functionally to build processes that result in a more efficient video workflow.
