Iradat is a Food Scientist/Technologist, currently the Institute of Food Technologist Student Association (IFTSA) Chapter of the Year Competition Chair, an Ambassador of the SAS AMR Africa program, an IFT Student travel scholarship awardee and a YALI RLC West Africa Alumni. Iradat has over 5 years of experience in community development, leadership, and volunteering, she is a Food enthusiast, passionate about solving issues in Food security, an advocate for youth empowerment and a strong believer in addressing the critical issue of AMR, Iradat is enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute her skills, knowledge and dedication towards this important cause and she believes in a world where good and safe food will be available to all without discrimination.
