Biology student always looking for new internships and job opportunities to learn more about my field. Working as a Food Security Advocate really impacted my view on how much of a disadvantage low-income and first generation students are so I often volunteer and seek side programs and gigs to further inform students that are unaware of benefits that are available to them. I have been working for 5 years in different industries from fast food to tutoring etc because I believe versatility is very important, while staying true to my goal I also learn more about other fields. Currently I am taking classes to learn more about data analytics to expand my knowledge and skills, I developed a passion for integrating technology into the use of healthcare such as upgrading and working with hospital database system.
