GDEVELOPMENTS - Sales Estimator• Identifies labor material and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications and related documents.• Compute’s cost factors and prepares estimates for submission to customers and for managements purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness of jobs produced.• Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes and additions.• Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.• Responsible to ensure that our sales products are packaged and put to market with, as accurate as possible to get the best outcome.• Communicate and liaise with different departments such as sales, drafting and estimating teams to get the best result.• Understand any related documents such as covenants and DA’s for correct information.
