I am responsible for on-boarding, managing, and maintaining clients associated with the Apple ecosystem using Jamf Pro and other industry standard tools. In our Enterprise Systems team, I have served on key projects such as Adobe software and licensing management, Active Directory, WebCheckout, and others. I work directly with other Systems Programmers, Infrastructure, Security, and Support Consultants to implement systems and solutions for our end users to effectively utilize the technology at their disposal. I maintain servers and write custom scripts for client and systems management. I also provide 3rd tier support and education through documentation as well as workshops to equip others to use Apple technology to the fullest. Additionally, I supervise multiple student employees who strengthen our team, including delegating and overseeing their projects and empowering them to develop and grow.
