Manage and design virtual reality, augmented reality assets and templates for all such events and broadcast services.Manage post-sales technical support activities as directed by the VP Sales:• Ensure installation progress to meet deployment expectations on time.• Provide technical and creative support, including training for the existing clients.• Manage design, technical and operational complaints according to Brainstorm’s Quality Management System.As one of the main design and technical point of contact in the APAC region:• Assist with building the structure, graphic design content and implementation of Brainstorm’s presentations and demonstrations.• Evaluates the competition, their products, feature sets, strengths and weakness.• Proactively engage with customers, partners, the reseller channels and designers to build relationships and a strong network of user advocates.
