Providing technical support and assistance, both off-field and on-field, to the Company's Indian and other South Asian customers.Designing, and preparing BOM / quotes for Foam based and Clean agent Gas based Fire Suppression Systems (FM200 & NOVEC1230) for the Clients, Distributors or Consultants.Impart training and knowledge about the various products and systems offered by the Company to Distributors, Clients and Consultants.Achieving Sales targets for West Region (India) for the Company.Assisting the Company's Indian Distributors to help grow the business in India.

•Managing a small team of engineers and draftsmen ; includes organizing, delegation of duties, inter-department co-ordination, technical assistance during purchase and estimation, checking of all Autocad drawings, preparation of technical documents (such as technical datasheets, design basis report, compliance and deviation reports, quality assurance plans, material take-offs / bill of materials, quantity variation statements, operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings), reporting to the management regarding department activities. •Interacting with clients / consultants during various project stages, and addressing all technical enquiries and requirements to their satisfaction ; includes ensuring submittal and approval of all technical drawings and documents and providing solutions to road-block technical, design related problems at project site without major deviations.•Interacting with product vendors to ensure technical specifications of the product are to the satisfaction of the client’s requirements, and quality is as per design codes and standards.•Developing the design engineering department’s technical knowledge and updating the team with the latest innovations in the field, codes and standards and to impart proper training when required to the design as well as execution teams.
