The Experimental study was to find the sustainability of components in different neutron radiation environment scenarios in a fusion reactor. In order to ensure the operating performance of these devices in the radiation environment, We have explored the semiconductor device's lifetime, reliability, and performance of these devices in such environments with an Analytical solution for future enhancement in today’s high technology investment areas such as Satellite design, military and commercial hardware, and medical diagnostics. Also, it will reduce cost and time over design and testing sequences.
