For 5 decades, Ira Kaufman has focused on humanizing business- leveraging values to propel impact. How can a business really CARE about its people and the planet while generating responsible profit? To address this question, he worked across 45 countries to design and incorporate purpose and values into a transformative business model. The model prioritizes Caring for the business impact on all stakeholders. His intention is to disrupt outdated strategies in business and higher education institutions to propel a sustainable future.Ira realized that real impact begins with remembering what's at your core- values, faith, and accountability to CARE for your actions. For him, it's striving to live with Trust, Empathy, Sustainability, and Transparency. Being vulnerable, challenging fears, and unlearning assumptions open doorways to regenerating solutions. Incorporating this foundation, Ira began a journey to transform emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and businesspeople to create caring, authentic work cultures and regenerative models that generate positive impact. In 1973, his PhD thesis was the 1st social marketing application. He co-authored "Creating Social Change" integrating purpose into business strategies to create change. Working with an NGO for 20 yrs, he used conflict resolution to build bridges between advocacy groups, businesses, & government to generate sound development.In 2004 Entwine Digital was launched to serve businesses’ exploding social media needs. He compiled these strategies in "Digital Marketing," the 1st book to integrate values with digital strategy. The 2nd edition integrates strategy, purpose, and sustainability. Consulting on digital transformation, Ira realized the necessity to align Next Gen values to drive a sustainable future and co-authored "Empower Us!"(2021), a roadmap for transforming leaders into catalyzers for change. Currently, he collaborates with multinationals, SMEs, non-profits, & universities to upskill values-based, impact-driven teams to create business models & learning environments that CARE. His future-ready training, "21 Meta skills & superpowers", (integrates human skills with social impact and sustainability practices and empowered by responsible AI) to address the sustainability & technology skills gaps. He consults with colleges & business schools to transform curriculums to be more inclusive and relevant… empowering the values necessary to compete in a marketplace demanding Sustainability and Purpose.
