Developed elections monitoring data collection, management and analysis systems for domestic election watchdogs in various countries. The systems were used for Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) and Statistical Based Observation (SBO) projects. Data was accepted from SMS, web and mobile channels. High level of data management included online error checking and auto-responding. ▪ Developed Facebook chatbot (https://www.facebook.com/goderdziko/) to handle election observers’ evaluation test for 2016 parliamentary election in Georgia. Over 500 observers were evaluated and the summary was generated online.▪ Developed data entry, management and analysis platform (http://mediamonitor.ge) for the UNDP/EU media monitoring program in 2011-2016 involving four local civil society organizations.▪ Managed technical implementation of the Voters List Audits (VLA) of 2008 and 2011. This included drawing the sample, training of interviewers, building a data entry and verification platform, data cleaning and analysis.▪ Developed bilingual web-portal (http://electionsportal.ge) to collect reports and findings by citizens and partner non-governmental organizations and to visualize them on the incidents map during 2010 local election in Georgia.▪ Member of the organization's Board of Directors: 2011-2018; Chairman of the Board 2013-2014.

▪ Developed and continuously upgraded (2011-2020) the Online Data Analysis (ODA) tool (http://caucasusbarometer.org): a user-friendly web platform, enabling users to easily access public opinion survey data without the use of a statistical software. The ODA generates frequency and cross-tabulation tables online, draws charts on the fly and exports them in accessible formats.▪ Established an SMS-based network ELVA (https://elva.org) in 2010-2012 to collect, analyze and display data in real time from citizens in settlements adjacent to conflict zones in Georgia. Information collected through structured short text messages and directly placed in a unified database for easy online analysis and mapping.▪ Introduced and implemented a double-entry, system-controlled data entry platform based on CSPro for quantitative research in 2010. The new workflow ensured quicker and easier data entry and elimination of data entry operator errors.

▪ Designed and developed a custom content management system (CMS) for the largest job portal in Georgia, one of the most popular nationwide. The website was hosting up to one million visitors per month with over five million page views.▪ Managed regular maintenance, update of features, and continual high load and search engine optimization.

Project "Ilia Chavchavadze"▪ Established an intranet system for the project staff of about 50 users.▪ Built an online glossary for Georgian translation (localization) of open-source projects.

Project "Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Networking Initiative"▪ Assisted the implementation of the project's IT activities including: introduction of high-quality Internet to the whole region of Samtskhe-Javakheti by installing wireless broadband solutions, the establishment of free public Internet access points, conducting free trainings on basic computer and Internet usage for people and the development of Samtskhe-Javakheti regional web-portal.
