Started my career as a General Practitioner in Emergency, Inpatient, & Outpatient Department at the Grha Husada Petrokimia Gresik Hospital in 2019 for 4 years, before which I also completed a 1-year internship program. Apart from being a clinician, I also served as the leader of the Effective Communication within the hospital accreditation team where I actively provided health education & promotion.I moved to Mayapada Hospital Surabaya as a General Practitioner at the beginning of 2023 for 6 months, then in October 2023 I was promoted to Head of Patient Experience Department, which has now changed its name to Patient Relation Department. Trained to be a professional medical doctor along with my skills and experience in the field of effective communication and personal grooming, my current job includes ensuring excellent service in hospital units, handling complaints, and analyzing KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data in accordance with the high standards set by the company.I am not only passionate in working as a clinician but also in a career in the field of health management where I am involved in patient engagement.
