CEO of ILM Education Consultants, a company that provides recruitment, professional development, and school improvement services to schools in Qatar and EdQat; a revolutionary platform for educators across Qatar. With a strong background in education, I hold a Master of Education in Leadership and Administration from the University of Buckingham and a Master of Senior Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute, where I am also a fellow and a member. I am a Distinguished Fellow with IFIP and hold various other Leadership Qualifications. My previous role as the Headteacher of a thriving and high-achieving school in the UK enabled me to lead a successful tenure in rapid school improvement, increasing student attainment, staff retention, and parental engagement. I also have extensive experience in coaching and facilitating leadership development programs, working with the Department of Education, the Teaching Schools Council, and the University College London. My core competencies include project management, change management, and leadership. I am passionate about supporting the vision of education in Qatar and empowering leaders and teachers to achieve excellence.
