My previous role as the Headteacher of a thriving and high-achieving school in the UK enabled me to lead a successful tenure in rapid school improvement, increasing student attainment, staff retention, and parental engagement. I also have extensive experience in coaching and facilitating leadership development programs, working with the Department of Education, the Teaching Schools Council, and the University College London.
