In 2022, Hemas Holdings was one of the early adopters of the new GRI Universal Standards for Reporting in Sri Lanka. - Leads internal and external communications, and branding efforts for Hemas Holdings PLC, which includes communication of its Hemas Outreach Foundation initiatives.

- Resource point for sustainable development practices and strategies across Group companies- Assisted in conducting internal sustainability and risk assurance/audits across Group operations - Coordinated the external sustainability and risk assurance process with DNV-GL Sri Lanka- Monitoring and analysis of ESG data (both quantitative and qualitative) for relevant intervention and policy development- Created GRI certified Integrated Annual Reports (aligned to IIRC’s framework) for the organization. During the period, MTD Walkers PLC Annual Report won one Gold Award and two Silver Awards at the the Annual Report Awards 2015, 2016 & 2017 organized by the Institute of Charted Accountants in Sri Lanka- Manage all internal and external communications, marketing, public relations and branding efforts for MTD Walkers PLC and its subsidiaries. This included the brand launch for the Walkers CML brand, which brought all subsidiaries under one identity.
