Engineering, Quality and Programs Director

Reports directly to the Vice-President of South America. Leader of team composed of four Plant directors, controller, a manager of Human Resources, a manager of maintenance, a manager of lean manufacturing and a manager of logistic. The four industrial sites are constituted by two Plants JIT, a Plant of metallic structures and a Plant JIT with cut and sew integrated. The invoicing of the 4 units is of KR$ 400,000, 00 Main Responsibilities and Accomplishments:• Elaboration of budgets by semesters with responsibilities by reaching the operational results of the division. Improvement of the operational result in 100%• Maintenance, development and renewal of Talents, through plans of development of staff and improvement of the organizational climate. Six talents with direct report were promoted• Operation of the four plants, through the application of the tools defined in the system of management of the Company aiming the Excellency in quality, costs, deliveries and people. Improvement of 75% in the auditor ships of the management system realized by the Matrix• Launch new projects with total protection to the Customers. At least 4 great projects had been launched successfully• To define and to reach pointers of performance in quality, human resources and industrial. Improvement of 95% in the indicators • Maintenance of certifications ISO TS 16949 and 14001 in the four Plants. All the Plants are certified• Give industrial support to the Argentina Plant since its launching in January of 2008 • Analyze footprint of the Brazil and Argentina Plants with objectives to transfer operations, etc

The SJC Plant achieved 8 PPM in 2004Reach Plant performance objectives defined by the Operations Director. Average reach of 90%To exceed customers quality expectation. SJC Plant was considered benchmark for GM in 2003 Foment the execution of VA/VES aiming at cost reductions. To launch new projects without disturbances in the Customer. The Zafira (instrument pannel and complete seats) had been launched successfully

- Coordinator of Quality Engineering Department, being responsible for release quality assurance plans to meet Certified Agencies requirements as well as Customers Boeing, Eurocopter, Sykorsky ,etc requirements- Lead the Industrial areas preparations for audits performed by Customers and Certified Agencies.-Lead Technicians and engineers on quality assurance department to test all products manufactured by the Company
