I've built a strong foundation in banking. Starting as an Agricultural Field Officer in Hassan, I progressed to heading four branches for 10.50 years, achieving outstanding performance in core business. As a Branch Head, I was a two-time Elite MD Club member, Best Semi-urban Branch Awardee, and qualified for MDRT and General Insurance Club membership. In my subsequent role as Regional Sales Executive in MSME and Mid-Corporate for Mangalore and Bengaluru regions, I introduced numerous new clients, drove book growth, and developed team leaders, contributing to the region's impressive performance. Currently, I'm heading the Bengaluru North A cluster, consisting of elite branches, since May 2024.
