We also advise clients with their strategy and develop roadmaps based off feasibility, cost, risk and technologies available.This is a mixed role with a focus on client, business and technical skill sets centred on IT infrastructure-based strategy, solution architecture, implementation and operation.Outline of Responsibilities:• Taking a leadership role and being that bridge between technical staff and business stakeholders. • Managed technical teams and developing strategies by working with the senior business stakeholders to understand their goals and support programs of work to deliver that strategy over the project life cycle. • Worked with Project Managers, Cyber Security, Business Analysts, Service Delivery and Change Management to deliver end-to-end solutions.• Defining SLA’s and OLA’s whilst being an escalation point for 3rd line incidents with internal and clients. Managing our CRM portfolio• Delivered complex infrastructure solutions, produced high-level and low-level designs and provided technical knowledge and experience. Also designing and implementing support, monitoring, backup and testing (Integration, User Acceptance, Penetration and Business Process) strategy.• Managed IT budgets (CapEx and OpEx) for both internal, client-based project work and 3rd party contract negotiations and risk management.• Driven results focused ITIL best practise, continual service improvement and operational services. • Expanded our offering as a Service Provider, managing our MSP, 3rd party and commercial contracts.• Creating and delivering presentations, responding to RFP and RFIs.• Ensuring data protection in alignment with GDPR regulations (certified).

Molten Technologies specialises in the delivery of Desktops-as-a-Service (DaaS) - offering, with our partners, an end-to-end service for the delivery of Virtual Desktops, from conceptual design and business case, through pilot and roll-out to on-going service delivery.A head role in architecting solutions for our clients, I oversaw the high-level designs for both internal and client based consultancy projects.Outline of Responsibilities:• Pioneering our own hyper converged DaaS solution which was faster and more cost effective than anything offered by other vendors – winning us competitive contracts.• Architecting and implementing various solutions on-premise and cloud solutions with VMware, Azure and AWS.• Providing post implementation support and operational services. Analysing performance and offering advisory services to help tune the solution.• Reviewing current infrastructure setups and designing improved architectural templates to improve performance, capabilities and reduce costs.

At AOL/Time Warner I was charged with the design, implementation and support of AOL Advertising European infrastructure. Managing extremely tight deadlines and business objectives I was tasked with managing our networks, domains and systems. Leading a highly technical team whilst providing a strong technical and leadership presence.Time Warner management courses taken: Coaching and Developing your Team, Managing Teams for High Performance, Creative Thinking, Decision Based Business Simulation and Project management.Outline of Responsibilities:• Management of the European IT Team, developing successful career paths for its members.
