· Supervised the development and production of all Preschool series, and drove the creation of new 360 degree kids-targeted franchises for NBCUniversal’s Brand Development division.· Led a slate of 13 active projects, including original IP, book adaptations (including DOJO DAYCARE, which was adapted into TEAM ZENKO GO for Netflix), co-productions, and Universal library IP. Generated RFPs designed to identify opportunities in the marketplace. · Identified, hired and managed established and emerging show runners, writers, and artists. An advocate of promoting and mentoring up-and-coming creators into Story Editor and EP roles, and championing art direction that balances commercial appeal with breakthrough visual style. · Collaborated with Consumer Products, Franchise Management, Digital and Sprout teams to optimize creative and commercial viability of each project and ensure they feed all lines of business.

· Managed all phases of development and production from inception to final delivery on a diverse range of successful kids properties. Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to grow established brands and create new ones. · Supervising Producer for Mattel on DC SUPER HERO GIRLS. Developed original pitch and supervised the creation of the franchise story bible. Supervised story and visual development for webisode series, TV specials, and DVD features.· Producer on all MONSTER HIGH animated entertainment from launch (2010) through 2014. Includes 130 webisodes, 6 TV specials and 4 DVD features. Content helped drive $150B+ in retail sales at brand’s peak. Also created and implemented a new process to unify story, toy and marketing efforts and create multi-year content plans.· Member of the task force that created EVER AFTER HIGH. Led story world development and generated multi-year franchise content strategy. Producer on all animated webisodes and TV specials through 2014.· Developed story for three 2016 BARBIE DVD features (“Spy Squad,” “Star Light Adventure” and “A Puppy Chase”). Produced 20 Barbie motion comics and generated 360° brand-wide story strategy for 2016 and 2017.· Producer on the relaunch of MAX STEEL (2013), a CG action-adventure series on Disney XD. Also produced 6 DVD features prior to relaunch that helped propel the brand to become the #1 Boys Action property in Latin America with over $100MM in retail sales.· Producer on the Gemini Award-winning and Emmy-nominated HOT WHEELS: BATTLE FORCE 5 (2009-2011), a 52 episode CG animated action-adventure series on Cartoon Network.· Other projects include: POLLY POCKET (2010 MIP Junior Kids Jury Award winner) and MATCHBOX: BIG RIG BUDDIES.

· First look deal at Lionsgate. Responsible for the acquisition, development, packaging, and production of a diverse slate of independent feature film projects.· Supervised PEACEFUL WARRIOR (Lionsgate) and PRINCE & ME 2: THE ROYAL WEDDING (winner of two VSDA 2006 Home Entertainment Awards).

· Responsible for a slate of 60 active projects. This included developing projects and generating story notes, prospecting for new material, scouting new talent, and tracking competitive development slates.· Projects included CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, CORPSE BRIDE, RUMOR HAS IT, LOONEY TUNES: BACK IN ACTION (additional photography).
