And for final presentation, She review casual workers provider's performance in National Office Operation.Second, rotated to External Contractor Management.Coached by Business Process Manager, Ira reconcile data from all CCAI's operation nationwide due to system changes in casual worker provision from LSO to BPO in Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia. And for final presentation, presenting reconciliation result for upcoming audit purposes.Third, rotated to National Capability DevelopmentCoached by Learning and Development Specialist in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, reviewing the Training Management Database's issues and also gave recommendations in the final presentation.For the last rotation, rotated to HR Account Management, focusing in Supply Chain and took "Aligning Business Process in Supply Chain to Reduce Overtime Holiday Expense in Warehouse Bottler" as the Business Impact Project.Focusing on working pattern in warehouse bottler and distribution center; and having cost saving in overtime expense as the output of this project.Ira have finished the rotation and the project well until implementation phase.
