As a competition policy analyst at the OECD, I made research, gathered data and drafted reports on different competition policy issues in the health, energy and construction sectors. I manage stakeholders engagement and conducted training for public officials.Key achievements:• Led and drafted reports on 6 projects in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil to review public procurement frameworks against the OECD recommendation on fighting bid rigging.Coordinated reviews of Mexico and Brazil's competition regimes, issued recommendations for improvement and presented them to the OECD Competition Committee.• Supervised 3 junior policy analysts in different projects in Mexico and Brazil.• Coordinated capacity building events, made presentations, created new training materials and led hypothetical exercises for more than 600 public officials in Mexico, Argentina, US, Brazil and in ICN and OECD workshops.

As a case-handler at Autorité de la Concurrence, I examined complaints relating to competition law infringements, I analysed voluminous and complex case files, interrogated witnesses, conducted on-site inspections, negotiated settlements, liaise with other regulatory authorities, drafted legal documents and defended the investigation services position before the Council of the Autorité de la concurrence (decision-making body)Key achievements:• Managed 6 competition enforcement investigations, negotiated settlements, review mergers and wrote legal submissions: cases Navx c. Google, E-kanopi c.Google, maritime transport, Canal Plus/TPS, Canal Plus/Bolloré; monture de lunettes.• Conducted and supervised teams in more than 15 dawn raids.• Drafted document regarding the competition implications of the liberalization of internet gambling sector.

As a case-handler at the DG Competition of the European Commission, I examined complaints relating to competition law infringements, I analysed voluminous and complex case files, requested information, conducted on-site inspections, negotiated settlements, liaise with other competition enforcement authorities in the EU, wrote legal documents and decisions.Key achievements:• Conducted 6 competition enforcement investigations, negotiated settlements, review mergers, drafted legal submissions: cases Telefonica (sanction: 152 M€), Polish Telekom (sanction: 128 M€), Wanadoo (sanction: 10 M€) and Vivendi c.France Telecom, Prisa/ Telefónica/ Telecinco/ Digital +, Telecinco/Cuatro.• Drafted with different services the Guidance on enforcement priorities in the application of article 82 EC Treaty (now Article 102 of the TFEU) to exclusionary abuses of dominant position.• Reviewed more than 20 national regulatory measures of telecommunications sector.• Coordinated EU Competition Network consultations ensuring consistency of application of EU Competition rules across Member States.
