Lead coordinator of interdepartmental collaborative meetings with Providers; Joint Operating Meetings (JOCS). Maintains, resolves, and responds to SOI- HFS Complaint Line. Contract negotiations and prospecting for new business and or/clients.Oversee and arrange community events calendar to ensure participation from NLH. This includes the set-up of all external and/or internal events, health fairs and other community events to incorporate the organization into the community; Ensures all communications and events are set up for effective tracking, monitoring, and evaluation. Plan, develop and implement programs to promote community awareness; responsible for developing and executing an outreach strategy for NLH.
