Originally based out of Brooklyn, New York, we moved our operations to Portland, Oregon in early 2011 and have been flourishing in our new environment.

I operated muti-guest Airbnb guesthouses at two separate locations in Portland Oregon, welcoming hundreds of people to the city that I love on a monthly basis.

Member of the board of directors for a non-profit invested in promoting the traditions of the Dagara people of Burkina Faso, Africa. The foundation is responsible for running the East Coast Village, a spiritual training/retreat center located in Cherry Plain, NY.

Fulfill the office needs of any and all clients, from data entry to filing to front desk staff to report managing to packing boxes into storage to whatever else they can think of to throw at me.

- Acted as a liaison between the production departments of major U.S. based publishing houses and the Leo factory in Heshan, China.- Responsible for two of four highest earning clients (twenty-five percent of NY office income).- Handled twenty-three separate clients at the time of leaving.- Wrote an average of fifty emails daily, each tracking a different job.- Maintained detailed files for each job from initial quoting to shipping and receipt in warehouse.- Coordinated and tracked incoming/outgoing artwork, files, proofs, test results, and other documents.- Managed five lower-level employees when the director was on vacation.- Responsible for training seven entry-level employees.- Created and implemented a detailed Excel form for tracking client details and preferences.

- Organized/maintained content for company websites, with changes made on a daily basis.- Provided administrative office support for an office of six people.- Prepared royalty statements for authors.- Read manuscript/proposal submissions.
