Redesigning the course Organizational Structure for first year International Business and Management students

Unipartners is an academic consultancy bureau. One of the goals of Unipartners is to build a bridge between students and businesses. With the event committee, we try to help Unipartners achieve this goal, by reaching and motivating students to orientate more on their future careers through our events. Our next event is the start-up tour, this will be held on the 15th of November, where students can meet local start-ups and participate in cases.

As one of the 25 chosen students, I got the chance to participate in a very interesting research project. This research project was focused on the current shift from industry to knowledge in the economy of Prague. Besides this main theme, we also chose a sub theme based on our own interests. I formed a group together with four other students and we focused our research mainly on the sustainability aspect. After a couple of months of preparation and preliminary research, we did the week of actual research in Prague. After this week of visiting companies en collecting data, we went back to the Netherlands to process the information and finish the report.
