I work full time as the executive assistant at Lewis Accounting. My job consists of planning and organizing meetings, speaking to clients regarding IRS notices, and other secretary requirements.

During my time at this location I spent time critiquing drive thru operations. I built a drive thru team and worked daily on strategizing how our store could better preform on a corporate level. I also held interviews, created shift charts and resolved customer complaints and concerns.

I began as a team member and worked a full time position in general customer service. I began to move up in 2017. My role during this time was to run shifts and daily closing safe counts. I was in charge of making daily shift charts in order to maintain an organized and structured team to better serve our guests.
