In this role, I am responsible for the business, including all financial matters, human resources, property management department and administration.With two offices (in Victor Harbor and Goolwa), Harcourts South Coast offers the full complement of real estate services including residential and rural property sales, commercial sales and leasing, holiday rentals and professional property management in Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Middleton, Encounter Bay, Port Elliot, Hayborough and other scenic Fleurieu Peninsula towns.I'm an enthusiastic and committed manager who is attuned to the needs of both management and staff. As our agency grows and develops, I am required to deliver a professional, dynamic and proactive approach to all areas of our business. I have a Master of Business Administration and extensive experience in real estate - with over two decades' experience working in the South Australian market. I'm always looking to grow and extend my skill base - throughout my career I have regularly undertaken a broad range of real estate and industry related training, including human resource management training, industrial relations seminars, leadership programs, IT training, regularly attending legislation updates and motivational seminars, all of which support the diverse range of administrative duties required in my career.As the South Coast region grows, I'm excited to be working with our wonderful staff - together we have created a fantastic workplace culture and work together to ensure our business prospers.
