I tutor introduction and advanced level online courses about impact evaluation for the Capacity Development Office of UNU-MERIT in group or individual setting. Introduction to Impact Evaluation of Policies and Programmes (2 ECTS)This course covers the steps of conceptualising an evaluation, enhances understanding of pathways of change, delves into the different methodologies for conducting impact evaluation and provides guidance on the selection of the most appropriate methodology given the set of circumstances. Impact Evaluation of Policies and Programmes: Estimation and Analysis of Causal Impacts (2 ECTS)This course builds upon the introductory course and provides a hands-on approach to estimating and analysing causal impacts using various techniques. Specifically, randomised control trials (RCTs), randomised designs (promotion + offer), regression discontinuity design (RDD), difference in difference (DiD), propensity score matching (PSM) and instrumental variables methods are covered in STATA.

As an intern, I was initially responsible for helping out the planning of the social media strategy of the company, transition to the digital workplace and publishing the reports of the consultation sessions. Due to my relevant experience in the HR field, I had the idea to expand the 12 Hungry HR initiative started by the company in 2019 to young promising HR employees. The main idea was to connect with the promising future HR Directors and contribute to their personal development via the open interactive modules. After the kickoff of the project, creating a community, promoting the event, checking registration, finding topics of the events, providing technical assistance, publishing the report and doing follow up with the participants became my job. I even had the chance to monitor one of the sessions.
