I am an HR Professional with a career spanning over 22 years. I joined Unilever Turkey in 2000 and added value in a diverse set of local, regional and global roles related to business partnering, compensation and benefits, leadership development, learning, recruitment, employer branding and employee experience. During my stints in Employee Experience have been a core member of the Employee Experience Leadership Team, In my NAMET-RUB Service Delivery Director role in 2017, I managed both insourced & outsourced teams in 4 sub clusters to deliver best in class HR services. I then took on change & communications leadership of the Employee Experience Programme in 2019. In 2020, I worked as the Head of Employee Experience HR for Europe where I led People Experience & Operation teams to deliver best in class service to HR & employees. Lastly in my Global Recruitment on deploying inclusive hiring, as well as striving for operational excellence in Recruitment. During my HR Director role, I partnered Customer Development & Marketing Teams in Turkey. I have successfully led all HR Process Design in NAMET-RUB in her Leadership Development Director role from Employer Brand to Talent & Performance Management, impacting 38 countries. I have also led the key transformation initiative of Unilever’s iconic “Purpose Roll-Out” globally. I am passionate about unlocking individual’s potentials which led me to complete Adler International Coaching modules and also be certified as Adler Trained Coach through completing my Practicum. My belief on a person being a whole, I have further continued my personal growth through Gordon International’s Parental Effectiveness Training, Holistic Life Coach Training, Deep Democracy Facilitation Trainings and lastly Gestalt Practioner Program. Whilst leading all of my roles I deployed my ability to bring people together with my hands-on approach, creating people initiatives that everyone feels proud to be part of deploying all the above learnings. Being a firm believer of bringing the whole to life and work I have also been a Faculty Member of a global women’s leadership program CIYO – Coming into Your Own.
