Conducted research on human intestinal parasite Entamoeba histolytica and its infectious life cycle during PhD. Previous work, as an undergraduate researcher, involved in the delivery of Crispr/Cas9 via Agrobacterium in wheat genome editing, native and mutated human crystalline proteins to unveil protein solubility during cataract disease, and biodegradation of PET to catechol then pyruvate with two new circuits in E. coli with the help of synthetic biology methods.
