Sabiha Gökçen SawCare is a CRM project, and I'm actively involved in it. It's a platform that utilizes an Messaging Management System to reach our target audience more efficiently. With user consent, we send promotional and informative messages to users, facilitating faster communication and engagement.FastTrack is another project I'm involved in, which is the fast and priority passage service we offer to passengers traveling through our airport.

I have organized the implementation of requested enhancements with the software team, managed the development tracking processes, participated in the testing stages of completed enhancements, and played an active role in client presentations. I have prepared documentation for these role requirements.Using SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Postman, I have controlled report-based deficiencies and data validations. I have provided operational support for customer requests and issues.In terms of Dynamics CRM, I have been involved in tasks such as customizing the interface using PowerApps, creating Business Rules and Workflows, defining users and roles, and performing data transfers and updates. I have created mail flows using PowerAutomate. Furthermore, I have conducted data transfers to CRM by creating SSIS packages.I have provided support for report creation, editing, and publishing processes using PowerBI. I took part in project management and follow-up processes through Jira Software and Kanban.
