İrem Uğur is a Research Assistant in the Department of American Culture and Literature at Başkent University. She received her Bachelor's degree from the Department of American Culture and Literature, Hacettepe University in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in the same department, and her research interests are centered around American drama, American social history, and gender studies. As a member of the American Studies Association of Turkey, she takes part in objectives in the capacity of social media and publicity.
