Job Function • To successfully implement the HR Transformation - User Readiness programme into the region.• User Readiness includes management of the change journey, regional governance, communications/ engagement, change management, stakeholder management, learning, business readiness, oversight of local regulatory and local union relations submissions, and oversight of implementation in region.• HR Transformation covers a diverse portfolio of programmes to support the strategic priorities, and therefore requires an ability to work across multiple streams.

Accountable for the global delivery of the Performance Management and Global Recognition services• Ensuring cost effective, efficient and customer focused service delivery, based on business agreed KPIs• Driving continuous improvement of the service and system activity• Providing leadership and direction to the Tier2 team• Proactively managing stakeholders of the service• Ensuring that Performance Management processes comply with appropriate governance, legal risk, control and compliance requirements• Influencing design and support delivery/implementation of changes to service and major projects. Accountable for sign-off of service changes and projects• Providing strategic direction and leadership as part of the Global Service Line Leaders team
