Architect and an urban designer.Co-founder and consultant to Bauman Lyons Architects.Director of MassBespoke Ltd - R&D and fabrication company 2015-2024).Director of Leeds Love It Share IT (LLISI) Community Interest Company (CIC) (2008-2022).I am an Architect and Urbanist practicing from Leeds. I co-founded Bauman Lyons Architects and a start-up fabrication company MassBespoke. Between 2012-2017 I was a Professor of Sustainable Urbanism at Sheffield University School of Architecture. I also held Royal Commission 1851 Fellowship 2018-2019 developing business models for Built InCommon- neighbourhood-based house fabrication workshops. Currently working in a community led team developing Leeds Community Research Network funded by UKRI programme.As an Urban Design practitioner, I was a lead consultant on climate change responsive urban regeneration projects, masterplans, development strategies for Market Towns and neighbourhoods. She is experienced in a range of engagement strategies and a keen collaborator. I have acted as the PI on two UKRI (TSB) funded research projects investigating Climate Change Adaptation Strategies for existing commercial buildings.
