Achievements:• Co-developed and initiated processes and procedures for Contract and Asset Management.• Developed a more mature Contract Cancellation Process and ensured business integration, resulting in reduced costs as rolling contracts were subsequently not renewed.• Instigated a process to capture the expiring contracts in a timely manner, proactively setting Customer expectations in line with Lifecycle Management.• Established better relationships with suppliers, resulting in an enhanced service and better pricing.• Surpassed cost-saving targets at 125% FY15-16.• Successfully integrated Fabric into Advanced 365 from a Service Contracts perspective within a 7 month deadline.Responsibilities:• Recording and updating details of all contracts, agreements, certificates and software licences in BMC’s • • Remedy suite (stored in the Atrium CMDB), CRM and SharePoint.• Liaising with clients, account managers and third parties in relation to contract renewals & cancellations.• Internal End User Asset management (laptop / desktop allocation and control).• Producing and analysing monthly reports (including Contract Renewals, Assets and Stock reports).• Purchasing and managing Hardware, Software, SSL Certificates and Domain Names for clients as well as internal use.• Ensuring a successful data upload into Remedy at Service Take-on, necessary for all aspects of service management.
