About Irene Amigo - Oncology Training Manager

A woman driven by her passion for innovation in Oncology and people development. My pleasure for learning and continuous improvement has led me to a non-stop self-education, searching always for excellence: I am a Biotechnologist and Doctor of Biomedicine with an MBA in Pharma business and several master's degrees and postgraduates in other disciplines such as molecular biology, teaching, coaching, emotional intelligence, PNL, team leadership, sales, etc. What defines me the most is an extensive background in Oncology and an innate predisposition and ability for helping people to grow and develop personally and profesionally. With 16-year+ experience in Oncology/Oncohematology (research and pharma sectors), I am currently working as a senior Manager Commercial Learning and Development with a clear motivation (my Ikigai): Helping everyday to improve diagnosis, treatment and life of oncologic patients through people development, by ensuring internal readiness and operational excellence of our Oncology teams.My main strengths are high proactivity, creativity and innovation; pleasure for continuous improvement and well-done work; a result-focused mindset, high degree of commitment; and excellent skills in communication, training, coaching, management and team leadership.
