Provide direct and consultative social work services to patients/families/guardians and Child and Family Services Agency who are outpatients. Services include psycho social assessment, treatment services including individual, family and group counselling, advocacy, crisis intervention, brokering of referrals to community services and programs; liaison with schools and other agencies; coordination and follow up; and maintenance of appropriate case records and statistics.
