In Italy we say that 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙡 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙢.I have a lot of curls, but as I grew up I had to focus on something else! In my company I am in charge of increasing the effectiveness of the management, in order to support the company’s strategy and goals. After many years working in close contact with a challenging Top Management as Executive Assistant, my role as Chief of Staff represents my constant desire for evolution: never stop learning! I don’t know if I’m always able to get it, but certainly I always try to go well beyond my limits to test myself...and always very fast!
