With over four years of experience in this role and a VA Claims certification, I have the knowledge and skills to assist clients with filing claims, obtaining records, and navigating the complex VA system.I also bring over 10 years of experience in law enforcement and office administration, from my previous positions as a SERT Officer at Bexar County Sheriff's Office and a Sergeant at the United States Marine Corps. I have honed my abilities to manage office functions, provide support to principals and customers, plan meetings, make travel arrangements, and compose documents. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and efficient, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.My mission is to serve veterans and their families with expertise and compassion, and to advocate for their rights and needs.
