I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Relation and Marketing from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, and I am proficient in customer relationship management (CRM), communication, and problem solving skills.In my current role, I work with a team of ICT experts to provide end-to-end solutions for hardware, software, networking, security, and maintenance to our clients. I am responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with customers. I also contribute to the marketing strategy and campaigns of the company, using my creativity and analytical skills. I am passionate about delivering high-quality ICT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and trends in the industry. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have previously worked as a supervisor at a hotel and a marketing officer at a telecom company.
