• Selection of appropriate psychometric batteries for assessment purposes
• Administration of psychological assessments: inclusive of paper and pencil, online assessments, computer based simulations (role-play), and interviews
• Scoring of assessment results
• Conduct in-house validation studies to create South African appropriate norm scores
