The patient financial access role is responsible for completing patient admissions and registration functions. Identifies patients' insurance coverage or existing financial resources to pay for medical care and services. Handles routine customer service inquiries and concerns. Processes necessary admission/registration paperwork and obtains necessary documents for billing and compliance requirements.

Co-Supervisor over the concession program for Pleasanton Little League.The position included hiring/training local community HS & middle school students, coordinating shifts, payroll, daily profits, supply purchasing, and scheduling. This role was in coordination with the PLL Board to make sure the budget was within range and we were able to provide a safe and fun space for local students to start their young careers.

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. Teaching duties included the following: curriculum creation, Follow daily schedule, Keeping classrooms clean and orderly, Participate in parent communication, create quarterly academic progress report per child according to state standards, as well as fulfilling IEP reports. Meeting the specific needs of each and every different child was priority in my classroom and making sure they are taught the tools to succeed in future classroom environments.

This role required bookkeeping, A/P,A/R, invoicing/billing, keeping a general ledger and expense reports. I installed and upgraded their accounting software from a simple excel doc to a full Quickbooks interface. I was responsible for training the CFO on the new software and putting together a thorough SOP binder for current and future staff's reference.
