I'm from a large Italian family and learned strong work ethics and humor go a long way to success and happiness. My goals in life are to continue to like myself and what I do, to be proud of my accomplishments but always try to do more, and to keep nurturing the strong bonds I have with my children, friends family and peers. I enjoy presenting educational seminars on a plethora of topics and being a part of the debt collection industry. I love working with ACA International as an ACA certified instructor as well as serving on multiple committees for such a valuable organization. I am an expert in the industry and have had the pleasure of advising clients on many laws that affect their operations and compliance. Since moving to a compliance role with ARMcbs, I enjoy being in this role and keeping up to date on industry compliance issues. I also enjoy doing construction projects and and renovating. I couldn't survive without spending time with my daughters and my absolutely adorable, intelligent, perfectly behaved, grandchildren or visits with my sister in New Jersey. I strive for perfection every day, but don't expect it. This helps me to never feel disappointed or give up. My favorite sayings are 'Peace does not come from the avoidance of conflict, it comes from the ability to cope.' and 'Of course I'm serious'.

Topics in regular seminars include third party payers such as MVA, Personal Injury/Premises liability, County liability, Crime Victims, Probate, and Workers Compensation. Also related topics such as Doctrine of Necessaries and spousal/parental/ contractual liability, as well as motivational presentations. I ran the collection department for the company with 3 locations in Kansas. I worked for ARSI over 25 years and helped it to grow into a successful agency. I am proud to have been published in multiple collection magazines and featured in both ACA Collector magazine as well as AccountRecovery.Net magazine. I had the honor to be names one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Collections by Collection Advisor and earn my IFCCE recognition .

A Little History On Working For ArsiAccount Recovery Specialists, Inc. Oct 1997 - May 2023When I began working for ARSI, it was a very small company just opening a second location. I opened the new satellite office as the only employee for 2 years. As ARSI became more successful and we grew they purchased a building and decided to open a third location, I moved to Wichita Ks to start up the newest office. ARSI purchased and renovated their current corporate office in Wichita. I'm proud that I was a huge part of the growth and success of ARSI over the years. I enjoy knowing that decisions and training I have made have helped the company to be what it is today. I worked in the capacity of VP of Collections and Education, as so I was head of the collection department, oversaw all training and performed training for our attorneys, collectors and other staff, as well as created and presented educational seminars for ARSI clients and other organizations in the collections and medical industry. I was their compliance source for 25 years. Though I have since left ARSI , I'm blessed to be knowledgeable in the collection industry and proud to continue to work with such wonderful experts at ACA International as an ACA Certified Instructor. Also with my knowledge in Collection Industry compliance, I am in a role with ARM Compliance Business Solutions that fits my need to work in this wonderful industry.

I created and sold handmade soft and hard crafts in a consignment shop and as a vendor at weekly craft shows. The majority of items were designed and created by me. I won first place awards at multiple craft shows and created unique items holding contests to name new items often. I still enjoy crafting as a hobby. When I moved to Kansas from Pennsylvania in 1997 I decided I liked creating things for myself and friends more than making a business out of it again, and went into a new industry, debt collection.

I worked for this bank during a period of huge change as we were one of the first banks in Brooklyn to install ATM machines in the area. I After having my first child in 1981, we decided I'd spend a few years at home.
