Ik ben een analytische onderzoeker die er van houdt om zich vast te bijten in complexe materie, verschillende perspectieven of belangen inzichtelijk te maken en vervolgens beknopt de kern van de zaak te presenteren.Met veel plezier en enthousiasme heb ik mij de afgelopen jaren toegelegd op het onderzoeken van samenlevingen in het verleden. De afgelopen vijf jaar heb ik gewerkt aan een proefschrift bij oude en middeleeuwse geschiedenis aan de Radboud Universiteit. Nu is het tijd voor verandering en draag ik graag een steentje bij aan urgente maatschappelijke thema's van deze tijd. In mijn huidige functie als analist bij de Inspectie van het Onderwijs help ik de kwaliteit van het hoger onderwijs te waarborgen.In mijn vorige werkervaringen heb ik competenties ontwikkeld zoals:- Resultaatgerichtheid- Analytische vaardigheden- Projectmanagement- Samenwerken - Coaching (o.a. lesgeven aan studenten)- Leerbereidheid- Gedrevenheid en doorzettingsvermogen
