In project:  By the reason of current technical solution was not totally feasible to the Spanish market, organize an internal meeting immediately to discuss an alternative and suitable solution for the client;  Device’s software version was incorrect, assist the technical test equipment and fix the error Result:  Achieve the agreement with the client to accept the alternative proposal and reschedule the shipment for the replaced device with correct version.
