It wasn't enough to sell at pop ups and market so I opened an artisan sourdough bakery + zero waste shop in Binbrook with my hubby. We were also supplying to a local farm shop for a period of time which was a very valuable experience.After some time I realised that I missed working in IT a lot and being part of a bigger team so we made the difficult decision to close our shop.I can now honestly say... I finally lived my dream (and it wasn't a failure!)
