Projects: Contact Center, M-Pesa application, and Web AccessibilityResearched, planned and designed the accessible contact center concept to accommodate people living with blindness at the Safaricom Contact Center. Led the accessibility testing of the Safaricom corporate website and the M-Pesa application. This enabled Safaricom LTD. to make changes which led to the inclusion of the visually impaired clients.* Successfully introduced the employment of blind agents at the Safaricom LTD. contact center and leading the planning phase to better prepare the company to accommodate them. * Engaged key partners and stakeholder to support and champion the project.* Directed M-Pesa accessibility testing and reporting to promote inclusion.* Conducted web accessibility testing to promote inclusion and universal design. Program Director (Consultant) Project: Accessibility Innovation Center Promoting the employment of blind and visually impaired post graduates/youth through advanced technology skills development (application testing and coding). Designing and developing a state-of-the-art Kenyan accessibility training, service and research center. Designed a research program to support data collection and documentation on the accessibility of technology products in Africa.* Designed the coding and application testing skills training program to benefit 120 blind youth.* Created fundraising activities and wrote various proposal targeting various donors to raise program funds.* Developed fee-based technical services to cater to the private and public sectors and promote sustainability. * Partnered with subject matter experts to support the implementation of the project and promote employment i.e. AMAC Accessibility Solutions, the Georgia Institute of Technology and Strathmore University.

Assigned to detect, document, and resolve process and system issues that had a direct impact on the finance department. Worked with various teams including developers and sales, finance and customer service departments to understand the issues and design solutions.
