Verify and ensure methods of measurement and basis of payments are in accordance with specifications.Provide training, coaching and guidance to various ADOT personnel such as my team in Field Reports, Office Managers, Inspectors, Resident Engineers, District Engineers, Assistant State Engineer for Construction, Contractors, Subcontractors and the general public. Process contractor monthly estimates. Assist in teaching Asphalt/ Bituminous class, Force Account class and Supplemental Agreements class.

Review and evaluate Contractors payroll information and other data to determine compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates and Apprenticeship / Trainee Certification in accordance with Federal rules and regulations. Document, record, compile data and determine back wage violations and determine corrective action to be taken. Verify information regarding appropriate ownership for Truck Drivers.
