Also, responsible for basic HR functions such as enrolling staff for health insurance, 401K. The company has multiple bank accounts at different banks as well as funds at processors worldwide. The accounting consisted of 3 companies. One was a realty company for the building that housed International Payout Systems. Rent was collected from different tenants, sales tax paid, insurances and property taxes were kept up to date. The general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets for this company were also my responsibility. The other company was a technology company that leased the software used by International Payout Systems. Responsibilities included the payroll of this company as well as all functions listed above.
