Technologies used are VB.Net and VB6 and an Oracle 11g data store.• Supporting over 200 staff users and a further 140 contractors throughout Queensland using these Client, server and mobile applications.• Manage and develop a team a 19 developers, 5 testers and 3 team leaders, including developing skills and capabilities both in the development environments and system structure, and business rules and interactions.• Business Engagement, including face-to-face meetings with all levels of upper management within the RACQ business and external companies to ensure the system development align with the businesses requirements.• Performing half yearly performance appraisals with all staff. In which I have experience in both performance and behaviour management of staff.• Recruitment of new team members, including assessing a candidate’s abilities and personality through the interview and hiring processes.• Yearly budget forecasting, to insure team resources are adequate.• Project Management of projects working with both internal and external Stakeholders including management of external vendors.
