• Manage and develop a team of sixteen, team leaders, developers and test analysts across two programming disciplines, Web Front End and Mobile development.• Manage a Web Front End Development team developing and supporting external based gambling and lotteries websites of varying sizes. Technologies used are C#, JavaScript and Typescript and KnockoutJS.• Manage a Native Mobile Development team developing and supporting Apple and Android applications. Technologies used are Objective C, Java• Management of website development, delivery, deployment and support, for sites with a customer base over 1 million people• Change and Release Management and Deployment risk analysis• Business Engagement, including requirements analysis with Marketing, Design, UX and Product teams• Liaison with Technology, Legal and Compliance departments, and Regulating Bodies to ensure release timelines and required regulations are met• Business Analysis on upcoming projects, including gap analysis between current site implementation and new site implementation.• Performing six monthly performance appraisals with all staff, including course correction and performance management.• Recruitment of new team members, including assessing a candidate’s abilities and personality through the interview and hiring processes.

• Management of two development teams with different disciplines and system models• Managing a Web Development team developing and supporting internal and external web based and mobile applications, of varying sizes. Technologies used are VB.Net, ASP.Net, Objective C, Java and SharePoint. Supported by SQL Server, Oracle and Couch Data stores.• Supporting web applications and sites for over 1000 staff users and 500,000 online users.• Managing a Windows Development team developing and supporting a large enterprise application used to capture, dispatch and receive roadside assistance jobs. Technologies used are VB.Net and VB6 and an Oracle 11g data store.• Supporting over 200 staff users and a further 140 contractors throughout Queensland using these Client, server and mobile applications.• Manage and develop a team a 19 developers, 5 testers and 3 team leaders, including developing skills and capabilities both in the development environments and system structure, and business rules and interactions.• Business Engagement, including face-to-face meetings with all levels of upper management within the RACQ business and external companies to ensure the system development align with the businesses requirements.• Performing half yearly performance appraisals with all staff. In which I have experience in both performance and behaviour management of staff.• Recruitment of new team members, including assessing a candidate’s abilities and personality through the interview and hiring processes.• Yearly budget forecasting, to insure team resources are adequate.• Project Management of projects working with both internal and external Stakeholders including management of external vendors.
