- Observe patients during treatment in order to evaluate data on patient responses and progress which are then reported to Physical Therapists- Maintain and prepare equipment for the patient treatments and assist in exercises as requested by the Physical Therapist - Provide high levels of quality care and encouragement to patients- Perform clerical duties such as answering the phone, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and assisting patients with paperwork

- Assist students in achieving completion of objectives via email and/or Blackboard- Provide regular, accurate, and timely feedback to students relative to their performance- Maintain expertise in Anatomy and Physiology I in order to provide students with correct course information

- Assist 500+ students with scheduling appointments and registering for classes- Compose articles for UMBC’s Extra Credit blog such as Choosing a Major- Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails regarding student academics- Collaborate with professional advisors on the organization and successful execution of various office projects (UMBC’s Major Event, Student Orientation, etc.)

- Call 200+ students to encourage Fall/Spring registration at UMBC- Help students with academic concerns utilizing genuine and authentic methods- Complete Qualtrics survey with every call in order to collect data for the call campaign
