Gained invaluable experience first starting in home health in 1995 with Nurses House Call in Syracuse NY as a Nursing Supervisor in the field and office, then was acquired by multiple organizations including Kimberly Quality Care, Olsten Health Services and Gentiva, then migrated to Norrell Healthcare who was then acquired by Interim Healthcare, Sherion, and All Metro Health Care. In these years and during multiple M&As received multiple promotions to Manager of Clinical Practice, Director of Clinical Services, Administrator, Regional DON and Regional Administrator. Besides gaining great insight into the practices of multiple organizations, I also gained significant experience in finance, all aspects of M&As, compliance, sales, operations, business and clinical program development via corporate committees.

Worked full time as an RN in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in a renowned teaching hospital, also serving as a member of the Regional PICU emergency transport team, precepting new RNs, and floating to the NICU and Peds units. During these years I also worked concurrently per diem at Morristown Memorial Hospital in the Pediatric Emergency department in Morristown, NJ.
